TeraCare is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Healthcare providers on TeraCare are independent contractors, not employees of STACKRON. STACKRON is not responsible for the quality, accuracy, or effectiveness of services provided by any healthcare provider.

5. User Responsibilities

As a TeraCare user, you agree to:

Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
Not use TeraCare for any illegal, harmful, or unauthorized purpose.
Respect the privacy and confidentiality of healthcare providers and other users.
Use TeraCare only as intended and in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

To access certain features, you must create a TeraCare account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and all activities under your account. STACKRON reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
